A tennis-inspired Nike Gamma Force photo series built around a back-to-school concept.
Built around a back-to-school athletic concept, this Nike Gamma Force shoot combines bold colors, dynamic movement, and graphic compositions. Drawing on Shoe Carnival's bright, playful brand aesthetic, I developed a tennis-inspired visual direction designed to bring the energy of the season into a commercial footwear campaign.
The footwear was the focal point of most compositions, with close-up perspectives, low angles, and deliberate framing used to emphasize the shoes. Elements of the environment, including the tennis net, were incorporated to frame and draw attention to the product rather than obstruct it. Wider lifestyle photographs helped establish the setting and energy of the shoot, creating a balance between product-focused imagery and visual storytelling.
I led the production from initial concept through final delivery, scouting and securing the location, sourcing wardrobe and props, and organizing the shoot. On set, I directed the model and handled photography and lighting, carrying the visual direction through editing and retouching to create a cohesive series.
